Shipping and Returns Policy
At Aditi Art, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we follow specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Shipping
We offer Flat Rate Shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website.
We at Aditi Art understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from us, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days (domestic shipment), and its only because all orders are custom made.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or on public holidays. A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our delivery options.

2. Customized Products – No Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our gifts (e.g., photo prints, name engravings, custom messages), we do not accept returns unless the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly personalized (mistake made by us)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Incorrect Customization
If there is an error in the personalization made by us:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear proof (images and order confirmation).
- We will replace the product at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
- Once customization has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
